Appam with coconut chutney

Soak idli rice for 4 hr.

Grind grated coconut and idli rice.

Keep it side for 8 hr.

Add salt, sugar and soda and water.

Mix it gently. It will be pouring consetency.

Take appam pan. heat appam pan over medium flame and pour a ladlefull of batter into the pan.

Immediately twirl the pan to spread the batter in a circle motion.

Cover and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Remove appam from the pan.

For coconut chutney:-

In a mixer, grind all the ingredients together with water make a fine paste.

Serve appan with coconut chutney.
