Soak lentil and rice for 5 hours

Then grind it.....add salt.add sugar as per taste

Add coconut cardmom powder nblack pepper and cashew crushed.mix in the batter

Make small size balls and deep fry

Now make sugar syrup....dip all vada in sugar syrup..garnish the with coconut and cherry
