Make batter using curd, wheat flour.

If needed add water.

Add all spices.

Now keep this batter aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes spread 1 table spoon of batter using spoon to hot tawa.

Immediately spread veggies over it

When one side is baked flip and bake from other side by using oil.

Wheat flour uttam is ready.

Serve hot with sauce, or coconut chutni.
