Mix refined flour and cornflour and make a smooth batter by adding water

Mix 1 spoon oil in it

Heat oil in a wok

Dip each banana slice in batter and deep fry in oil

Fry until golden and crispy

Take out on kitchen towel

Heat sugar in a pan and caramalise sugar

Switch off the flame

Then working quickly add fried banana one by one into caramalised sugar and put into iced water quickly

Drain immediately and sprinkles seasme seeds.
