Suji,Besan,curd,spices,onion,green coriander in a mixing bowl.

Mix it well. Rest for 20 minutes.

Now add baking soda and Little water, mix well.

Add oil in a wok sprinkle mustard seeds and curry leaves pour this mixture, cover and cook on low flame. For 3-4 minutes.

Remove the lid flip this and cook other side for 3-4 minutes.

Cut and serve with green chutney.
