Steps

Boil water and dip soya chunks in it for 5 mins. Drain after 5 mins and grind them to make rough paste.

Take flour in a bowl and Knead dough with water.

Fry urad daal pappad and keep it a side.

Take a bowl and add all ingredients in bowl except Mozorilla cheese, urad daal papad and coriander leaves and mix them all.

Now make balls of dough and fill with filling material you prepared. Make parantha greasing with ghee.

Now cut the parantha in triangular pieces but don't separate them. Now open upper layer of each triangle and fold it towards outer side.

Now fill fried urad daal pappad in open parantha by crushing it. Add mozorilla cheese and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
