Ingredients

  • 2 cupsemolina
  • 2 cupcurd
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1grated potatoes
  • 1grated carrots
  • 1/2 cupcabbage grated
  • 1 tbspBaking soda
  • 1 cupsprouts
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take semolina add curd and salt and mix it leaves for 1 hour

    Take better add potato cabbage onion and baking soda and little water and make thick better

  3. 3

    Take pan add oil and add better and fry from both sides

    Now take sprouts add onion and salt and stuff in chilla and roll it
