Steps

Heat oil in a pan and fry soya chaap with sticks till golden brown on slow flame.

For gravee..

Heat Two spoon oil

Add finally grinded onions paste and saute till golden brown.

Add green chilli + ginger + garlic paste and mix two cup water.

Add tomato paste and saute untill dark brown.

Remove sticks from fried soya chaap and cut into small round pieces.

Mix them into the gravee and add dry spices..

Add butter and cover with a lid, saute on low flame until oil seperated completely.

Garnish with coriander leaves onion and tomato.

Serve hot with roti.
