Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • 1large onion
  • 1hoho
  • Bunchdhania
  • Spices of your choice
  • Tomato paste
  • For kachumbari
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2large onions
  • 1cucumber
  • 3cooked sausages
  • Dhania
  • 3 tablespoonslemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice potatoes and wash... Put them in warm salty water for about 5min and then run through cold water. This enables the chips be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

  2. 2

    In large pan, pour oil and wait to become hot....

  3. 3

    Put in chips and wait to cook...

    After the chips cook this is the result

    In a large pan add 3tablespoons of oil... The onions, spices, tomato paste and chopped onions...

  6. 6

    Cook for about 3min and dip in the chips in the mixture...

  7. 7

    Ensure it is evenly coated and add in the chopped dhania

    For the kachumbari..

    Slice all the vegetables and the sausages...

  10. 10

    Mix in a large bowl and sprinkle in the lemon juice

    Serve with the chips masala and avocado
