Mix together maida,salt & one tsp oil.

Make a tight dough with water.

Mow raste for 10 min.

Now make ball & make a thin chapati.

Hot oil in a pan & pour chapti in it.

Fry till golden.

Make all the chapatis like this.

Keep one side. Our pakwan is ready.

Washed masoor dal & boil in ten minutes cooker.

Now...make a smooth paste. Add salt in it.

Take a pakwan and pour dal paste on it.

Some onion, some tomato pour on it.

Sprinkle chat masala on it.

Garnish with coriander leaves, green chutney, sweet chutney &pomegranate.
