Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1ridged gourd sliced
  2. 1large Potato cubed
  3. 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 3green chillies chopped
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil (mustard)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute Potato and gourd cubes well

  2. 2

    As moisture dries up add salt and turmeric powder mix well and cover to allow the vegetables be soft

  3. 3

    Now add poppy seeds and green chillies paste and mix well

  4. 4

    Finally add sugar and mix

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
