Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupBoiled masoor dal or left over masoor dal
  2. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. For filling
  6. 1/2 cupPaneer chopped
  7. 1Onion
  8. 1Capsicum
  9. as neededGreen spicy coriander chutney

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a dough with masoor dal, wheat flour salt & baking powder. Keep aside to rest fir 15 min

  2. 2

    Make a chappati with dough

  3. 3

    Now take a pan. Add oil in it. Add ginger garlic paste & onions to saute for a minute.add capsicum, salt, pepper, kitchen king masala & keep aside

  4. 4

    Take the roti.Apply green chutney on the base. Add the paneer filling & roll to make pinwheels

  5. 5

    Serve with garlic tomato chutney & green coriander chutney
