  • 1 kgsweet potatoes
  • 2 cupsground peanuts
  • 2 litreswater

  1. 1

    Peel sweet potatoes rinse well and cut in blocks

  2. 2

    Pour in the pot add water then the ground peanuts close the lid and bring to boil for 30 mins on a medium heat
