Steps

Add oil to pan. Add dry red chilli,bay leaves,cumin seeds,cardamon.

Then add potatoes(cut into small pieces),salt,turmeric powder.fry till golden. Then add ginger garlic paste. Cook for1minute.

Then add beetroot and carrot. Cook in low flame. Use lid and stir occasionally.add green chillies,cumin and coriander powder.

When oil will come out add garam masala. Add ghee.

Keep aside to cool.

Then make thick batter of rice powder,besan,salt,red chilli powder using water.

Make small balls of the vegetable and dip into batter and roll in breadcrumbs deep fry into oil.

Eat with sauce
