Ingredients

20 - 25 minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gbeet root chopped
  • 1 cup &2 slicescoconut crushed
  • 3-4Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonkala jeera/nigella seed
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater

Steps

20 - 25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan.temper kala jeera and green chilli. Add chopped beet root, salt and sugar with little water.

  2. 2

    Cover it with a lid for 15 minutes and cook on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Add crushed coconut with it, mix well.

  4. 4

    Beet coconut is ready. Garnish it with sliced and crushed coconut
