In a deep bowl Add Gram flour.

Add Cumin,Termeric, Baking Soda,Salt.

Add Green Chillies.

Add Hot oil.

Add water as required and mix well.

Heat pan,Add oil.

Now take a small ball sized dough and drop into hot oil.

Fry till the pakodas turn crispy and golden brown.

Finally serve crispy cabbage pakoda with Beetroot dip.

Method for Beetroot dip

Start Boiling water and add chopped Beetroot.

Boil for 20mins or until Beetroot become tender.

Once beetroot is done,Blend with Ginger, Chilli.

Add salt.

Add Lemon juice.

Add Boiled Beetroot.

Make fine paste.

Combine Mayonnaise and Beetroot paste.
