Boil 2 cups of water, add cabbage leaves and switch off the flame. After 2 min take it out from water.

For stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.when they crackle, add sesame seeds, fennel seeds, green chilli and asafoetida. Then add boiled potatoes, green peas and all spices and masala. Add coriander leaves and mix it well.

Put stuffing on cabbage leaf and cover it with cabbage leaf to make roll.

Put all rolls on hot tawa and shallow fry all rolls with 1 tbsp ghee.

To make tomato gravy, put tomato pieces and onion pieces in a mixer jar and blend it to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in sauce pan, add tomato paste and ginger garlic paste. cook it for two minutes.

Add all spices and mix it well. Add water (as needed) and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame. Add butter and mix it.

For serving add gravy in serving plate, put cabbage roll on gravy, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
