Corned Beef Oregano Bitterballen, a delicious nutritious snack ;)

A classic Dutch snack, bitterballen, is my child's favorite. Since childhood, they often went to eat with their dad at an old restaurant in Semarang that has been around since the Dutch era. They have really yummy bitterballen there :) Unfortunately, I think the price is quite high compared to the ingredients used. It's 3-4 times the cost of the ingredients... haha...
Anyway, back to the topic, I originally wanted to recook Parmesan Tater Tots by Ms. Malka, but I ran out of potatoes. As far as I know, tater tots must have potatoes, if I vary it with macaroni, it's no longer tater tots. So today, I'll just make macaroni bitterballen, moms... hahaha...
I have many desires, but the contents of the fridge determine what I make. Hehehe...
It's easy to make, and you can replace the vegetables as you like, such as broccoli, spinach, carrots, anything. The meat can be corned beef, sausage, or ground meat! Hmm, if the little one is being picky, you can replace it with this :) You can use Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, or Gouda cheese. Isn't that great, moms... hahaha
Let's go, moms!

Tips for breaded snacks:
# Before frying, you can put them in the fridge for a while to make the breadcrumbs stick better.

Spray with mayo, sprinkle with parsley and paprika powder... yummy :)
