  2. 3-4 tbspMustared oil
  3. To tasteRwd chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspTermeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the slices in the brinjal and marinated with sallt and termeric.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add brinjal and fry in both side till the brinjal becam a golden brown.

  3. 3

    Served with daal,rice.
