Take a urad daal add water and salt in it now steamed

For fry take oil 2 table spoon

Add jeera after heating oil

Add chopped onion than w8 for becoming Brown than add tomato green chopped chilli mix it well

Now add salt and red chily powder and turmeric and garam.masala mix it well

Tadka is ready mix it well in boiled daal..w8 for 5minutes and daal is ready to eat...
