Steps

First of all, stir fry all vegetables one-by-one and keep it aside.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, into it add five spices seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida and bay leaves and allow it to crackle then add ginger in it and saute for a minutes.

Mix all dry spices with little water as it comes in a consistency of paste and add it into the oil and cook it 4-5 minutes as it will start leaving sides of the pan.

Add tomato in it and cook it for 5-7 minutes until tomato is completely with mixed with spices.

Now add stir fried vegetables in it and cook it till it starts leaving oil.

Then add water as per your preference and garam masala powder in it cook it well.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Your dalna is ready to serve.
