Ingredients

  • 300 gpasta
  • 1ripe avocado (diced)
  • 150 gfresh prawns
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • For the marie rose sauce
  • 200 mlmayonnaise
  • 3 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspWorcester sauce
  • Squeezelemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta until soft, rinse thoroughly and allow to cool

  2. 2

    Mix all sauce ingredients together

  3. 3

    Mix everything together season to taste and refrigerate for 1 hour
