Ingredients

  • For marination
  • 500 gmschicken
  • 2 tspginger,garlic paste
  • 3 tspcurd
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2onions chopped
  • For gravy
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1green chilli
  • 5tomatoes

Steps

    For marination

    Take chicken in a big bowl add ginger,garlic paste,curd,lemon juice,vinegar,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt and chopped onions to the chicken mix it well

  3. 3

    For gravy

  4. 4

    Take butter in a hot pan add red chilli powder to it saute it.

  5. 5

    Add coriander powder,cumin powder and chopped ginger

  6. 6

    Add little water green chilli,tomatoes and mix it well

  7. 7

    Take butter in another pan and spread butter add marinated chicken saute the chicken with butter

  8. 8

    Cover and let the chicken cook

  9. 9

    Check the chicken if the butter has subsided

  10. 10

    Add the cooked tomatoe gravy to the chicken and mix well

  11. 11

    Cover and let it cook for a while

  12. 12

    Open garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with naan or chapatis
