Preheat your oven to 170°c.

Add in the instant coffee and hot water.

Put all ingredients except flour in a bowl and mix them well.

Add flour while shifting and mix them using spatular.

Make small balls with the dough and press them a little bit to become flat.

Place them to the oven plate.
- 7
Put a streak in the middle with a kitchen knife (so that they look like coffee beans).
- 8
Bake them at 170°c for 20 mins.
