Parboil your noodles and set it aside in a colander

Break the egg and whisk it in a separate bowl

In a frying pan, add oil, pepper, onions, curry, noodles seasoning and allow it to fry for some seconds

Add the noodles then the egg and keep stirring until it is fried

Remove from fire and serve😋
