Steps

Grate potatoes and rinse all water.

Mix maida, rice flour, salt, blak pepper powder in it. Keep aside.

Heat oil in non stick pan add onion and saute till transparant.

Add tomatoes and all spices and cook on high flame till 4 minutes.

Keep mashing tomatoes till soft. Take out in bowl.

In same pan add oil and spread potato mixture and cook till brown.

Flip the side and spread masala mixture over it and break 3 eggs on top.

Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder.

Cover with lid and cook until eggs done.

When done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
