Ingredients

30-45 minutes

1 mini loaf

13/4 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/4 cupmilk
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspvanilla
2eggs
3big mashed ripe bananas

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, & bananas.

Sift baking soda & flour together, & add salt. Add to the banana mixture & combine thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

Pour into greased baking tin & bake for 30-45 minutes, or till a skewer/toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
