HandfulSorrel leafs
Raw pap
Honey
Any fruit
Evaporated milk

Steps

Rinse the Sorrel leafs thoroughly with clean water, it can be very dusty most times
2

Parboil and set aside
3

Mix the the raw pap with the Sorrel juice
4

Parboil water and make the pap
5

Add honey, fruits and milk
6

You can add more sugar to further sweeten it.
