Steps

Cut drumsticks into 4"pieces

Heat water in a bowl, put drumsticks in it. Add salt and turmeric. Boil the drumsticks for 10mins

Strain and keep drumsticks aside

Heat oil in a pan. Saute the boiled drumsticks till all the water is absorbed

Roast the drumsticks

Grind 1tsp roasted chana dal and garlic together. Add this powder to the roasted drumsticks. Mix well.

Add salt as required and red chilli powder as per your spice levels. Mix well

Sautee till the raw smell of garlic is gone.

Take off the flame and serve with hot rice.
