Take a pan boil tea leaves for 1 min,stain out the water in a cup

Soak the channas with that water overnight

In a pressure cooker boil the channas with same water for 15 min after 1 whistle,U can add more water according to need

Take a karahi pour oil in it,when it becomes hot add tej patta & heat it till it because brown in colour

Now add onion's & cook till they become golden,add all the ingredients in it & add tomatoes & stir until it becomes to a smooth paste

When channas cool down,put then in the paste & mix well & cook for 10 min & see if they r properly cooked or no

Garnish with ginger & coriander leaves & serve hot with puri & bathure

Serve hot with puri or bathure
