Ingredients

  1. 250 gramwhite channa
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomatoes
  4. 1tej patta
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tspdegi red chilli
  7. 2 tspchanamasala
  8. as neededoil
  9. 1/2 tsproasted grounded black jeera
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1 tbsptarmind Juice
  12. 1 cupwater of tea leaves
  13. 1 pieceginger finely cut in long pieces
  14. leavesfew coriander

  1. 1

    Take a pan boil tea leaves for 1 min,stain out the water in a cup

  2. 2

    Soak the channas with that water overnight

  3. 3

    In a pressure cooker boil the channas with same water for 15 min after 1 whistle,U can add more water according to need

  4. 4

    Take a karahi pour oil in it,when it becomes hot add tej patta & heat it till it because brown in colour

  5. 5

    Now add onion's & cook till they become golden,add all the ingredients in it & add tomatoes & stir until it becomes to a smooth paste

  6. 6

    When channas cool down,put then in the paste & mix well & cook for 10 min & see if they r properly cooked or no

  7. 7

    Garnish with ginger & coriander leaves & serve hot with puri & bathure

  8. 8

    Serve hot with puri or bathure
