2 kgbeef stewing pieces
1large onion, chopped
2large tomatoes, chopped
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1 tsprajah curry powder
1 tablespoonbenny spice
Pinchsalt
4dried bay leaves
2large potatoes, cut into two halves
1green pepper, chopped
1 tspdhanya spice
1 tspbarbecue spice
1lemon, juiced
2 litreswater
Few leaves fresh parsley

Marinate beef with all spices, garlic and lemon let it rest for 30 minutes

Put on the stove for an hour at medium heat and add onion with oil cook for another 30 minutes keep stirring

Add tomatoes and potatoes and continue to cook

Keep adding water little by little. Add bay leaves, green pepper and parsley simmer until well cooked
