In a pan add groundnuts and roast, now add coconut, sesame seeds and roast.

Once done, after cooling add the contents in mixer, add ginger garlic paste, fried Onion 1,a and grind into a smooth paste.

Now in the same pan add some oil, fry the slit chilli, add mustard Seeds, curry leaves and turn the contents of the mixer jar.

Add the tamarind paste and salt, turmeric, garam masala and cook for another 15 minutes.

When oil is visible slightly...the dish is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
