Cooking Instructions

For filling : Evaporate milk in a kadhai, when it turns into a thick consistency add grated coconut.After 5 minutes add sugar. Mix properly. When the mixture will dry turn off the gas.

For batter : Take a medium size bowl, pour Maida, rice flour, suji, 2 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 100 ml milk, water as required. Mix them properly.

Heat a pan, put oil, take the batter in a round laddle, and spread it on the pan.

After 3 minutes, put the filling.

Now wrap it.

Your delicious PATISHAPTA is ready to eat.
