Steps

Peel off and cut the Potatoes and gourds

Heat oil and fry it adding little salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

Now remove it and keep aside

Add oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf
- 5
As it crackle add onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix well till oil separates.

Add the Potatoes and guord mix well adding sugar and garam masala powder

Serve it with rice or chapati
