Afghani chaap Roll

Take a bowl put maida,oil,salt & knead with water to become smooth Dough & refrigerate it for 20 min

Slightly cut the chaap from the middle & marinate it with all the ingredients

Keep it aside for 20 min

Make chapatis from the dough & place the matinated chaap on it & make a roll

Deep fry in the oil

Do like this with other chapatis

Take them out on a tissue paper & cut them in to pieces
- 8
Serve hot with green chutney & onions
