Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add onion slices saute well
- 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add pureed and all powder masalas except chana masala
- 5
Saute till it start releasing oil
- 6
Add boiled cheakpeas and combine well
- 7
Add sugar and chana masala and switch off the flame
- 8
Serve with plain chapati or poori.
