  2. 3-4onions
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 2green chilli
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder to taste
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspdhaniya powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle chano ko whole nite pani m bhigo ke rakhein.morning m 6 to 7 whistles dilwae.

    Than ek pan m oil garamkijiye.ab isme beat kia hua onions and green chilli add kijiye. Jab onions colour change ho jae halki pink shade m to isme beat Kia hua tomato add kijiye.

    Ab isme turmeric powder. red chilli powder salt dhaniya powder dalke fry kijiye.

  4. 4

    Jab masaala oil chodne lage isme boil kie hue chane dale.agr water ki or need hai to aap isme water add kijiye.

    Black chane ready to serve.
