Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1cabbage chopped
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cuppaste of cumin,coriander-,ginger,red chilli
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam the cabbage

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and mix

  6. 6

    Now add the tomato puree mix well

  7. 7

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
