Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1cabbage chopped
  2. 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1/4 cuppaste of cumin,coriander-,ginger,red chilli
  5. 1 tspcumin seed
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the cabbage

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and mix

  6. 6

    Now add the tomato puree mix well

  7. 7

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
