Ingredients

  • 1 cuplong grain rice
  • chicken stock
  • chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbspolive oil
  • diced tomatoes
  • Italian seasoning
  • parsley flakes

Steps

    Heat oil in skillet

  2. 2

    Add onions

  3. 3

    Add rice, Season with italian seasoning & parsley flakes,
    Stir until brown.

  4. 4

    Pour in stock and diced tomatoes

  5. 5

    Cover with lid and allow to simmer until rice is fluffy
