chopped green onions
2 Tbspolive oil
diced tomatoes
Italian seasoning
parsley flakes

Heat oil in skillet

Add onions

Add rice, Season with italian seasoning & parsley flakes,
Stir until brown.

Pour in stock and diced tomatoes

Cover with lid and allow to simmer until rice is fluffy
