Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupRedds Apple Ale
  2. 1 tbspspicy brown mustard
  3. 2 tbspDijon mustard
  4. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in small sauce pan.

  2. 2

    Bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat to slow boil and reduce to a quarter.

  3. 3

    Brush glaze over pork roast while roasting. Every ten minutes during the last 30 minutes of cooking roast.
