Chop coriander.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except coconut.

Add water and make a thick paste.

Grease the mould.

Transfer the batter into mould and steam it for 15-20 minutes.

Check with knife or tooth pick, if it's come out clean means it's done.

Let it cool completely then cut into desired shape.

Deep fry or shallow fry.(I have shallow fried)

Take it out on kitchen towel.

While serving sprinkle grated coconut and garnish with coriander leaves.
