Steps

Chop onion, tomato, chilli and coriander.

In a bowl mix onion,tomato chilli, coriander, salt and mauonise keep aside.

In a bowl make a batter of besan, red chilli Powder,turmeric,salt, little oil, cooking soda mix without lumps and give 5 mins rest.

Now heat the grill pan apply butter on bread slice

Spread onion mayo mixture and cover with one more bread.

Dip into besan batter and shallow fry on grilled tawa.

Fry from both sides cut into desired shape and serve with green chutney.
