Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan
  • 2Onions chopped
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 2-3Roti or chapati
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Green chillies optinal
  • as needed Green coriander leaves
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • as neededLittle water
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2-3 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl put besan, chopped onions along all dry masala, coriander leaves, chillies, and water chilla batter is ready

    Now in pan put oil and spread batter along place roti on chilla batter and Cook the both sides of chilla your roti chilla is ready to serve with Chuntney or any sauce
