Heat oil in a kadhai add oil add cumin methi seeds.after few second add onion fry 3 min. Add red chilli and turmeric poeder fry 1 min add ginger garlic fry it for 3 to 4 min. Then add spinach fry it to 5 min without lid after that add all masalas fry it 3 min. Again add in the last tomato fry it 4 to 5 min again.
