This is a recipe adapted d room the silver spoon, one of the most famous Italian cookbooks. It's quick and easy as well as vein cheap but flavourful. I made a portion or regular pasta as well as a gluten free batch for myself.

This is a recipe adapted d room the silver spoon, one of the most famous Italian cookbooks. It's quick and easy as well as vein cheap but flavourful. I made a portion or regular pasta as well as a gluten free batch for myself.
Steps

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, while you are waiting for it to boil cut or squash the garlic, not too small as you will be removing it later

Heat enough olive oil to coat the cooked pasta in another pan on a medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until brown, about five minutes. Next add the anchovies

Remove the browned garlic, and break up the anchovies, they should almost dissolve.

You can remove the oil from the pan and use it another time or on a salad or potatoes
- 5
When the pasta has five minutes left I add the beans to the same pan.

When the pasta is ready drain and mix in the oil. Serve with cheese.
