Steps

Cut the vegetables into cubes and the seeds into two halves

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies chopped

As they crackle add the veggies and saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

Now add ginger paste and madala powder saute well

Add water to combine well

Now add sugar and garam masala powder and mix
- 8
Switch off the flame and serve it with rice
