Heat up the gas take a pan add water and add jaggery and stir it constantaly

Once jaggery is disolve in water switch off the gas

In a big plate take salt, besan and wheat flour, knead the dough with this water when it is lukewarm

And then divide the dough in parts and take one portion roll it like a capati put some poppy seeds from both the sides and then cut in diamond shape

And deep fry it till it gets brown in colour

Your kapni is ready to have it with tea
