Steps

First make a ghol of curd,besan,and seive it so that no lumps r there...add haldi, Ginger paste... keep it aside..

Now to make pakoda. Grind the chana dal.... soaked fr 3hrs...into a fine paste... adding ginger and green chilli...once paste is ready.add red chilli powder,ajwain,salt,green coriander,..make Small pakodas...deep frying them...till golden brown...

Now to make kadhi...take a kdai....add 2tbs oil...add mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves, green chillies,zeera

Now when the tadka crackle.....add the besan ncurd ghol and stir continuously..or curd vll leave water aside..add water on adjust the consistency.....add the pakodas....and now add salt as per ur taste.......let it boil about 20min on low flame...till it gets dense.....once done garnish with green coriander...and tadka of red chilli....
