Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce

stir chicken broth, lemon juice, sugar, and 2T of cornstarch. heat until thick and set aside

whisk eggs and 2T cornstarch

heat pan w vegetable oil

dip chicken in batter and cook until brown

serve over rice and add sauce
