100 gramlady's finger
2 tbspgram flour
1/2 tspchaat masala
1/4 tspamchur powder
1/2 tspred chilli Powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the lady's finger into long strips and deseed it

Mix all the masalas into gram flour
3

Mix well and coat the fingers with it
4

Heat oil and deep fry the lady's finger
5

Serve it with rice or chapati or even as a snack
